Finger weg von denen!!!
Schrecklicher Service! Herr Thies hat alle Daten aufgenommen und die Bestellung fertiggemacht. Leider haben die teuren Beschriftungen auf dem Outdoor Kunstrasen nicht gepasst. Zudem wurde zu viel Material in Auftrag gegeben und nach Rückgabe bis heute nicht erstattet und drittens wurde ein indoor Boden nicht korrekt geliefert. Nun warten wir seit 3 Monaten auf den richtigen Boden. Hierauf wurden wir von ihm an seinen Kollegen Mükre Bingöl weitergeleitet. Dieser bearbeitet diesen Fall allerdings ohne große Euphorie und Lösungsansatz. Wir werden wohl nur noch über Anwalt mit dieser Firma kommunizieren können. Übrigend
s. Die Firma sagte vor 4 Wochen sie kümmert sich drum. Allerdings habe ich bis heute nichts mehr gehört. Evtl. Ein 2 Mann unternehmen? Sehr seltsam diese Firma. Diese Rezension kann bearbeitet werden falls wir ohne Anwalt innerhalb der nächsten 7 Tage eine Lösung finden. Da sich ja niemand mehr bei uns meldet.
