Awesome staff, awesome facilities, runs like a well-oiled machine with all the individual attention one could ask for.

But I'm also writing this review to shout-out the physical therapist that I saw after my shoulder surgery: Johnny Herrera. He single-handedly brought me back both physically and mentally from one of, if not the biggest set backs of my life thus far.

My regular activities include skydiving, snowboarding, backpacking, weightlifting and so on. So when I dislocated my shoulder twice in two months earlier this year, and my physician is telling me that I either get the surgery or risk my life participating in activities I love... I was broken.

Johnny fixed me. It's of course not without some hard work, but the personalized care and sincere investment I received was beyond my wildest imagination when I started.

I still remember showing up, terrified to even remove my bandages, a bit of a wreck to be honest. Now Johnny and his rockstar student Conner have me doing overhead pressing not to mention all the tailored exercises, preparing me for some of the most intense aspects of my activities – something I thought would be too niche to try to get into.

Anyway, this clinic is rock solid. Johnny's a true healer. And yeah, special shout out to student Conner who's on his last rotation and is clearly whip-smart and creative with exercises in his own right. I'm somehow mourning being discharged.

SSP has been one of the best experiences of my life. I just started this summer for football and I can already tell I'm getting stronger and quicker. Being able to be around people that are helpful and enjoyable to be around is amazing and I will be back everyday I can, especially in the offseason. They get a lot of athletes that come in and turn them into D-1 athletes and I hope to be in the same situation one day.

At SSP, the trainers and staff are outstanding, and they will help you with anything you need. Whether you're taking a program to improve with your sports or just trying to stay in shape the trainers will make sure you are doing everything correctly and with make you stronger and faster.
